(Update)
Yeah, akhirnya iPod gw di replace sama Apple eStore. Prosedurnya mudah dan simpel. 
Gw datang ke Apple eStore Service Center di Ratu Plaza. Setelah gw tanya, kita beli barang dimana juga bisa di klaim ke situ kalau ada kerusakan, bukan cuma yang beli di eStore. 
Terus barangnya di cek sama mbaknya untuk Serial Numbernya ke Apple International, apa masih warranty ato gmn. 
Abis itu barangnya diambil, dan kita terima invoice. 5 hari kerja iPod sudah bisa diambil katanya. 
Hari ke-4 eStore-nya sms ke hp gw dan bilang barangnya sudah bisa diambil. 
Gw ambil barangnya, dan wala...new iPod!!!
Widih, ga rugi ternyata beli barang agak mahal tapi pelayanan memuaskan :)
Tambah cinta Apple product. 

Next target...iPhone!!! wakakakakaka

Setelah check ke www.apple.com sih warranty sampai May 2010.
